Anyone can throw up a few photos and create a description. However, online marketing is more complicated than that and it requires a ton of skills and expertise. At the minimum, your agent should be knowledgeable when it comes to sites like Zillow and Trulia. They should also have a good idea of how to market your home online via various tools and methods, including social media.
